Camp Irie Adventures is located in Appleton, St. Elizabeth on a property of over 600 acres. The property, surrounded by lush rainforest, once operated as a bauxite mine in the early 1970’s and later as a lime plant, almost 20 years ago, has been redeveloped for farming  and eco-tourism adventure.

The meandering rivers, rolling meadows, lush green hills and breathtaking scenery of the Appleton countryside is the perfect backdrop for all our IRIE adventures. Does Camp Irie Adventures close for capacity?

In order to ensure our guests' comfort and safety, Camp Irie Adventures capacity is limited. Admission into the Camp Irie Adventures may be temporarily suspended during the day due to periods of high attendance for visitors without reservations.

Am I allowed to bring my own chairs to Camp Irie Adventures?

Guests are allowed to take their personal chairs on property, we do provide limited number of loungers, chairs and other seating throughout the property. Guests are also welcomed to purchase private cabanas or tiki huts.

Are cameras and phones allowed on the activities?

Due to the nature and dynamics of all activities and the potential for injury, unsecured cameras or video cameras of any size are not recommended on certain activities. Cameras secured with a chest harness or wrist/arm straps are permitted.

Am I allowed to bring in my own life vest?

Camp Irie Adventures is committed to the safety of all guests, therefore only approved life vests are permitted into the Camp Irie Adventures.

Can my children go to Camp Irie Adventures without me?

All visitors 18 and younger should be accompanied by an adult

Prohibited Items:

For the comfort and safety of our guests, prohibited items include but are not limited to the following: • Weapons • Knives • Alcohol • Glass containers (exceptions are made for baby food and medicine)

May I bring my own food and beverages into Camp Irie Adventures?

Outside food, beverages, or coolers are allowed to be brought into Camp Irie Adventures

Are lockers available?

All-day lockers are available for rental at the Welcome Centre in Skiller Square for storage of personal belongings.
